Join us here at the distillery to create your very own, unique 70cl bottle of gin. You will be able to choose from an extensive range of botanicals, in order to produce a blend that reflects your taste. You’ll even come up with your very own name for your gin too, to finish your Goosnargh Gin School bottle label! You will spend approx 3 hours with us in the distillery, learning a little more about our story, recipe development, and the distillation process.
Finally, you will take charge of your own copper alembic mini still, in order to create your very own gin.
Your unique recipe can be recreated in the future as we also offer a redistilling service.

A fun, educational, and multi-activity filled day which starts with a foraging walk led by Adrian Rose, acclaimed Lancashire-based forager, a familiar face and voice from numerous TV and radio appearances. With Ade’s guidance, you will learn to identify and collect botanicals in the local area. These will later be incorporated into your own recipe blend, along with any further botanicals you wish to choose from our vast range of botanicals back at the distillery, to distill your unique 70cl bottle of gin.
Adrian is hugely knowledgeable, and this informative and entertaining morning sets the tone for the day ahead.
It’s then back to the home of Goosnargh Gin, to enjoy a light locally sourced, 2-course lunch showcasing exceptional local produce and enjoy relaxed chat with the group.
The remainder of the day is then spent in our distillery, learning a little more about our story, recipe development, and the distillation process. Finally, you will take charge of your own copper alembic mini still, in order to create your very own 70cl bottle of gin using your foraged botanicals, along with any of our preserved botanicals that catch your eye!
There’ll also be Lancashire-based produce served as light refreshments during the afternoon session.
