Award-Winning Gin School Experiences
As seen on BBC Hairy Bikers Go North
Join us here at the distillery to create your very own, unique 70cl bottle of gin. You will be able to choose from an extensive range of botanicals, in order to produce a blend that reflects your taste. You’ll even come up with your very own name for your gin too, to finish your Goosnargh Gin School bottle label! You will spend approx 3 hours with us in the distillery, learning a little more about our story, recipe development, and the distillation process.
Finally, you will take charge of your own copper alembic mini still, in order to create your very own gin.
Your unique recipe can be recreated in the future as we also offer a redistilling service.
Light refreshments included.

The day starts with a foraging walk led by Adrian Rose, acclaimed Lancashire-based forager and founder of Northwest Bushcraft. You will learn to identify and collect botanicals in the local area, which you will later use to produce your own 70cl bottle of gin. Adrian is hugely knowledgeable and this informative and entertaining morning sets the tone for the day ahead.
It is then back to the home of Goosnargh Gin, to enjoy a light locally sourced lunch and relaxed chat with the group.
The remainder of the day is then spent in our distillery, learning a little more about our story, recipe development, and the distillation process. Finally, you will take charge of your own copper alembic mini still, in order to create your very own 70cl bottle of gin using your foraged botanicals, along with any of our preserved botanicals that take your fancy!
Light lunch and refreshments included.
